your current account number and pin number where you have cell phone service. A copy of your current cell phone bill will have everything we need except the pin number. You may need to contact your current provider to verify your pin number.
Note: If you have a bundle plan, you may need to retrieve your master account number. If you never set up an account pin number, simply call your current cell phone service provider and ask to create one. Be sure to keep your old phone and old account until your number is fully activated on your new account for seamless service.
